Job Description
- Flex your culinary muscles between VIP functions and Caf-style menu creations
- A Monday to Friday day role (days!) with the occasional weekend shift
- Premium school campus located in Kew VIC

The Position
- Monday to Friday day shifts (with occasional weekends)
- Deliver fresh high-quality meals with a modern homestyle twist
- Lead daily kitchen operations and uphold safety and quality standards
- Mentor kitchen staff and help create a positive service-focused culture
- Ensuring all OH&S compliance is achieved adhere to safe work practices and safe food handling procedures
The Person
- Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent)
- Experience as a Sous Chef or in a senior kitchen position
- Skilled in high-volume cooking with a strong focus on quality and presentation
- Excellent time management attention to detail and food safety knowledge
- A team player who can also work independently
- Obtain a Working with Children Check (paid)
