Employing specialized knowledge of ION and client software to effectively identify the sources of issues and provide the necessary resolution.
Ensuring the Delivery and Confirmation solution addresses clients FX back-office system needs.
Ensuring the Trade Flow Analytics solution addresses clients FX trading reporting needs.
Acting as a key point of contact for clients during the solution setup phase and service onboarding process.
Providing strategic support to the client regarding the development of comprehensive onboarding procedures and processes that align with the Delivery and Confirmation solution
Requires a Bachelors degree in Science Computer Science Finance or a related field plus 2 years of experience. Requires 2 years of experience with the following: Implementation of software solutions; APIs; FX Solutions (Delivery and Confirmation) including the following underlying services: trade approval confirmation matching settlement manager rules engine server business process manager message manager alerts manager; Design and implementation of Trade Flow Analytics. 10% international travel is required. Will accept 3- or 4-year degree. Employer will accept educational equivalency evaluation prepared by qualified evaluation service or in accordance with 8 CFR 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(D). Will accept any suitable combination of education training or experience.
