Job Description
- Distribute work duties to personnel.
- Maintain inventories of shop materials and supplies.
- Encourage teamwork quality and efficient work habits.
- Builds/repairs molds through the plan set up and run of machine tool equipment.
- Uses precision measuring and gauging equipment performing required inspection before during and after machining.
- Reads and interprets blueprints utilizes CAD data for mold build.
- Familiar with a wide variety of field concepts practices and procedures within the trade.
- Fits and assembles molds and mold assemblies for production sample.
- Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- Will be required to lead and direct others.
- Minimum 5 years in Injection Molding and/or Automated assembly experience preferred.
- Minimum 5 years supervisory/leadership experience preferred.
- Experience in injection molding and assembly operations preferred.
- Or a combination of education experience and/or training.
