Job Summary:
The Assistant Nurse Manager acts as a first line manager in assuming responsibility for the clinical manager of assigned staff on a designated shift. As such he/she has shift responsibility and accountability for patient care activities and supports and extends the administrative leadership provided by the Nurse Manager. She/he regularly uses her/his independent judgment in connecting with her/his managerial responsibilities.

Job Essentials:3 years of MCH experience required.
Education Requirements:BSN required Masters degree and Certification in Specialty preferred.
License/Certification/Registry:NJRN BLS NRP required.
