Job Description
Material Planning Analyst (for spouts)

- Production planning of assigned products and ensuring product availability (plausibility check delete implausible planning orders postpone or advance productions searching for switches check and verify long planning horizon)
- Forecast analysis and conversion into production planning
- Definition of production order lot sizes
- Monitoring and steering of safety stocks
- Transport organization with service provider (maintain direct contact with the forwarders)
- Creation of shipping documents (Certificates of Conformity Certificates of Origin etc.)
- Invoice verification (verify pricing conditions data accuracy volumes etc.)
- Order processing in SAP (assigns the order to the right plant based on geographical location and/ or other criteria already existing in SAP)
- Improving existing BI Tools & creating Dashboard with existing tools (Power BI Excel Qlik sense etc.)
- 1-2 years of experience in Order Management/practical experience inproduction planning logistics dispatch supply chain operations
- Advanced level of English (medium level of Polish German Spanish Hungarian represent an advantage)
- Advanced level of MS Office knowledge (Microsoft Excel specifically)
- Ability to apply an organized methodical and consistent approach
- SAP knowledge is a plus
