Oak Ward
Oak is a recovery-orientated medium secure service for women agedover 18with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum conditions.
Based in Northampton the philosophy of care on Oak is based on recognition that an individual has strengths as well as needs and a right to support treatment and care from a multi-disciplinary team able to assist recovery.
Oak provides bespoke care packages aimed at increasing skills in managing distress and psychotic symptoms minimising risk and enabling individuals to work towards realistic and achievable goals.
Sunley Ward
A recovery-orientated low secure service for men aged over 18with learning disabilities and/or autistic spectrum conditions
Based on our Northampton site Sunley forms part of our male Learning Disability pathway the ward can accept direct referrals or transitions for patients stepping down from our medium secure service.
The philosophy of care is based on recognition that an individual has strengths as well as needs and a right to support treatment and care from our specialist multi-disciplinary team.

Main Duties of the Role
You will lead your team by example and work in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team. There will be a degree of flexibility in shifts allowing direct links with your colleagues across our expert Multi-Disciplinary Teams with the aim of delivering high standards of care through continuity and consistency. You will need to:
