LOCATION AND DATE
Permanent Position (CDI) to be filled as soon as possible
Location: Suresnes - Bel Group Headquarters
YOUR MISSIONS
Reporting to the National Clients Department within the Bel France Sales Department the Retail Category Manager and Regional Coordinator works closely with the Key Account Manager (KAM) and the Sales Director (SD).
They are responsible for adapting and implementing commercial levers with distribution centers to develop Bel brands and the category within their stores. They are also responsible for orchestrating the deployment of commercial strategy in our regional entities.
Their objective is to grow Bels revenue and market share with the chain and its regional contacts in line with Bels strategy.
Their Category Manager responsibilities are as follows:
- Analyze the category and Bels performance within the store
- Contribute to the development of the strategy and business plan to be implemented in the store with the KAM and SD
- Sell the category strategy and Bels strategy to the store by adapting the levers of assortment innovation shelving promotion and in-store communication to develop the category and Bels market share in the store
- Resell the merchandising approach with the support of the merchandising team
- Develop deliverables: Client meetings Business plans category vision and Client growth plans
Their Regional Coordinator responsibilities are as follows:
- Act as the point of contact and lead the community of regional negotiators
- Analyze/build analysis frameworks in regional entities
- In connection with the KAM and SD adapt lever policies for deployment in the region
- Monitor and recommend the assortment in regional entities
- Support managers during regional negotiations
YOUR PROFILE
With a Masters degree (Bac 5) or equivalent professional experience you have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector including field experience and preferably initial client experience.
