YOUR FUTURE ROLE

As the management consultancy of SAP SAP Business Transformation & Architecture (BT&A) supports customers in their digital transformation journey. A major factor for doing so successfully is to understand our customers business and IT needs and act as their trusted advisor for the business transformation journey.

In your role as Principal Consultant Enterprise Architecture Advisory you will be assisting customers in achieving their business transformation vision and work with them at the program level and more broadly at the enterprise level to measure mobilize and deliver strategic business outcomes. Our ambition is to drive business value and successful outcomes by helping our customers understand how best to leverage implement and optimize SAP solutions.

In particular we are looking for an experienced consultant that can support the team with:

• Advising SAP customers on their business transformation in terms of Enterprise Architecture and IT Architecture.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior management on customer side.
• Assess current customer IT landscapes and identify optimization potential leveraging SAP Business AI and SAP Business Suite.
• Analyze evaluate map and make proposals to align business capabilities to IT capabilities provided by SAP solutions.
• Prepare and execute customer workshops.
• Lead projects involving alignment of multiple teams including consultants from different areas of expertise and departments regions and cultures.

YOUR PROFILE

• 10 years work experience as an SAP Business Consultant (f/m/d)
• Strong understanding of trends and challenges in customers business transformation
• Experience in working with large organizations on projects related to digital transformation operational efficiency improvements and experience in being part of large SAP transformation programs
• Experience in communicating with C-suite leaders
• Broad knowledge of SAPs strategy the latest product portfolio (SAP S/4HANA cloud and related solutions) and their impact on our customers strategies
• Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture projects SAP-related architecture and roadmap assessments
• Well-developed analytical skills and the ability to work conceptually with a focus on quality and results-driven engagements
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to design and prepare high-impact presentations
• Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to new tasks/challenges in an innovative environment
• Proven leadership skills in leading and motivating teams leading panels and discussions
• Constructive and open style of communication as a team player
• Experience in self-managed project work with a high focus on customer orientation
• Bachelors or masters degree in computer science or a related discipline
• Excellent German and English language skills
