THE ROLE & THE TEAM
As a Senior Product Manager in the Zalandos Warehouse Management System (WMS) team you will become an expert in Warehouse Logistics and have end-to-end ownership of discovering defining launching and improving world-class solutions for Zalandos 50 MM customers. This role is specifically focused on WMS Returns which is responsible for the processing of customer returns and refurbishment in our warehouses and is a key area of our logistics processes. As a Senior Product Manager you will be the partner for other teams including product design data analysts process excellence and software engineers.

Youll drive the execution of the multi-year product strategy hands-on: from product requirements to KPI tracking and reporting. With the help of Product Design Analytics Software Engineering and the Process Excellence team you will develop new and more effective solutions to process customer returns and recover goods for another sale. As an analytical pragmatic system-thinker youll prioritize the roadmap by basing your arguments on insights derived from qualitative and quantitative data Running at-a-warehouse interviews tests and launches to ensure were building the right impact on the daily work of hundreds of employees in our fulfilment network You are an experienced data-driven and highly collaborative Product Manager. You have experience in one of the following domains: logistics supply chain warehouses delivery of any type and employee-facing applications. You have experience in logistics operational challenges and productivity-driven products. You have the analytical skills to break down operational problems with the help of statistics mathematics and engineering along with competitive insights to derive sound product recommendations. You are proficient in English (written & spoken). You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work across multiple teams and involve various stakeholders on different levels proactively. A growth mindset with the ability to adapt quickly to changing business conditions working to establish a continuous improvement culture whilst providing the teams the stability they need to be productive.
