As a GI Reprocessing Account Manager at STERIS you are responsible for selling the entire suite ofEndoscope Reprocessing products including capital and consumables solutions to major hospitals health systems and ASCs in a specific geographic territory. You will provide a comprehensive approach focused on meeting with higher level decision-makers within a hospital and driving top-down decision-making to standardize workflows and deliver a higher level of infection prevention and patient care.
This is a remote based Customer facing position. To support and service our Customers in this assigned territory candidates must be based out of one of the following state: Arizona. This territory covers Phoenix.
Penetrate target accounts with frequent visits to ensure sales growth and business maintenance.
Maximize business through existing accounts by executing consultative sales process.
Maintain understanding of ordering patterns and pricing guidelines within the acute care setting.
Travel within the territory to optimize product exposure and communicate Customer needs.
Research products and observe competitive landscape and industry trends to enhance product offerings.
Participate in planning and implementing marketing and sales strategy.
Interact with other departments to handle Customer requirements.
Troubleshoot and evaluate product reliability issues.
Maintain and grow business within current accounts.
Develop consultative relationships with new and existing accounts to manage infection control practices.
Attain monthly quarterly and annual sales quotas.
