We are looking for a highly motivated and reliable Sales Representative to join our team. This is a long-term role with great growth potential offering the chance to develop strong customer relationships and make a direct impact on sales success.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities
Provide product knowledge and recommendations
Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
Maintain accurate records of sales activities
Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior sales experience (agriculture or related field a plus)
Strong communication interpersonal and organizational skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and follow-through
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
Pay & Benefits:
$47000- $62000 per year DOE
