Our Group Procurement Division plays a critical role in supporting this mission by driving efficiency delivering savings and building strong supplier partnerships across all business areas and international markets.

Location: Hybrid - Krakw based

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute group procurement strategies within the assigned area of responsibility.
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage the full sourcing cycle (RFI RFP RFQ) presenting results and recommendations.
  • Negotiate and manage mid- to high-value contracts to secure the best terms and outcomes.
  • Conduct market research and supplier evaluations to identify opportunities and mitigate risk.
  • Oversee supplier onboarding performance monitoring and ongoing relationship management.
  • Use procurement data and analytics to forecast trends drive insights and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Support the integration of Environmental Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) criteria into procurement practices.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives and drive continuous improvement across procurement processes.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Law or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years professional experience in procurement or purchasing.
  • Demonstrable expertise in sourcing and contract negotiation.
  • Familiarity with procurement methodologies and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Power BI and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with ERP systems especially SAP S/4HANA is preferred.
  • CIPS certification is an advantage but not required.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and meet tight deadlines.
