What youll do

As a working student (f/m/d) in our Discrete Industries Team you will support the daily coordination of our product development teams help maintain and update our product portfolio and assist with organizing team events and workshops. Youll also be responsible for preparing status updates and internal reports to keep stakeholders informed. This hands-on role offers you insight into product management processes and a chance to contribute to impactful projects in leading industries.

• Support the coordination of daily operations within execution product teams
• Update and maintain the product portfolio dashboard and project trackers
• Organize and coordinate team events workshops and internal meetings
• Prepare status updates and internal reports for stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with product managers and team leads to ensure effective teamwork and project progress

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) of a university or university of applied sciences
• Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in a relevant area such as Business Engineering Informatics or a related field
• Strong organizational and coordination skills demonstrated by experience in managing schedules events or projects
• Ability to clearly communicate and collaborate with colleagues across different teams and levels
• Reliable detail-oriented and able to keep track of multiple ongoing projects
• Self-driven and able to independently follow up on tasks and deadlines
• Comfortable working in a dynamic team environment and adapting to changing priorities
• Genuine interest in product management and gaining practical experience in industrial or technology-related field
• Living near Munich/ Garching as partialpresence in the office is required
• Fluent in English (written and spoken) German asa plus
