What Youll Do:
- Lead daily branch operations including warehouse delivery inventory control and facility management
- Coach and support your team to ensure accurate efficient and safe logistics and fulfillment
- Oversee performance metrics cost controls and operational reporting
- Partner with Sales leadership to align on goals and deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain compliance with safety standards and company procedures
- Drive continuous improvement through training process oversight and team development
- Foster a culture of accountability respect and operational excellence.
What Were Looking For:
- High school diploma required college coursework a plus
- 5 years of relevant operational or warehouse leadership experience
- Background in electrical tool or industrial supply distribution preferred
- Strong experience managing teams budgets and warehouse performance metrics
- Solid understanding of inventory control logistics and facility operations
- Familiarity with ERP systems; Eclipse ERP experience is a plus
- Excellent communication coaching and leadership skills
- Organized detail-oriented and comfortable making decisions independently
- Strong ability to collaborate across departments and build team alignment
- A people-first leader who thrives on developing others and driving operational success
