What Youll Do:
- Assemble install align adjust and fit subassemblies and parts using appropriate tools and fixtures per work instructions
- Perform preset calibration and final testing on sub-assemblies or complete units
- Clean parts and maintain tooling and equipment per work instructions
- Perform precision measurements using tools such as micrometers calipers and CMMs.
- Collaborate in a team environment focused on lean manufacturing safety and productivity.
- Take ownership of compliance safety quality and efficiency.
- Utilize computer programs to enter part data (e.g. serial number) log time look up instructions
- Utilize work instructions set-up sheets and method documents to correctly set up machines and inspect machined parts.
- Ability to work overtime with or without reasonable accommodation
- Ability to work occasional weekend shifts with or without reasonable accommodation
- Required to wear personal protective equipment for example: safety glasses gloves hats ear plugs and safety shoes with or without reasonable accommodation
What youll bring:
- Education/Experience: High School diploma or equivalent required. Prefer 1 years of related work experience.
- Technical Proficiency:Ability to read blueprints perform shop math and use precision measurement equipment.
- Flexibility:Willingness to work 2nd shift (2 PM 10:30 PM).
- Physical Requirements:Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and wear PPE (safety glasses gloves hearing protection etc.). with or without reasonable accommodation
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available).
