THE ROLE:
The Community Partnerships Manager (CPM) is responsible for driving referral growth increasing brand visibility and managing strategic partnerships across a designated Regional Center territory. This role leads outreach initiatives cultivates relationships with community partners and supports operational alignment to meet sales KPIs. The CPM serves as both a representative of the company and a co-leader within their branch supporting cross-functional collaboration and territory growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to generate referrals and drive revenue across assigned Regional Centers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Regional Centers and alternative community partners (e.g. SCDD Autism Society).
Coordinate in-service presentations one-on-one meetings and events to increase visibility and partnership engagement.
Represent the company at Regional Center-hosted events meetings and community initiativesoccasionally during evenings or weekends.
Track and report on KPIs and ROI of sales activities; present insights and recommendations in QBRs and team meetings.
Partner with Operations and Talent teams to align hiring and service capacity with sales efforts.
Serve as a liaison between Community Partnerships and internal teams to ensure consistent communication and execution of initiatives.
Support territory-wide campaigns service line expansion and cross-functional projects to drive long-term growth.
This is a hybrid position reporting into the Los Angeles office 1x a week and 1-2x/week driving to various Regional Center locations.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
Skills:
Strategic thinking with ability to execute sales activities independently
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written)
Self-motivated organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Ability to analyze and present data to support decision-making
Qualifications:
1 year of professional sales or business development experience preferred
Reliable transportation required
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends
Experience in developmental disability services or nonprofit community engagement is a plus
