EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Ensures business critical & innovative results
Builds strategic partnerships with key decision makers in customer & partner organization
Manages projects of high volume or high risk/complexity Drive business process consulting by translating customer business processes into IT solutions including quality assurance
Plan and personalise the customer journey to cloud while maintaining global scalability and consistency
Demonstrate the ability to plan run and manage workshops/meetings with internal and external clients
Support end-to-end solution design and configuration across all relevant solutions applying state-of-the-art methodologies and standards
Participate in transition planning of customer solution landscapes
Support pre-sales activities
Deliver solution reviews and feasibility studies
Support escalated projects and takes over responsibility as a (sub-)project lead or team lead for a service delivered
Support line manager(s) in people development tasks and supports in partner-led projects to ensure ecosystem and customer success
Introduces SAP and industry leading practices based on pre-existing templates standard content and experience
Desire to learn continuously and to grow personal skills and professional expertise
Adaptability and flexibility to manage deadline pressure ambiguity and changes
WORK EXPERIENCE
3 years of work experience in consulting delivering implementation services for various customers
Very good knowledge of financial business and controlling processes
Strong knowledge and experience with SAP CO S/4Hana configurations Experience or knowledge in the integration with the other modules
Experience in working in virtual teams and international environment
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
University degree Economics Informatics Computer Science Polytechnics
High customer orientation service attitude and business acumen
Proven communication organizational and interpersonal skills Strong writing mentoring decision making and meeting facilitation skills
Ability to coach/mentor younger colleagues into delivering quality projects and consulting services
Professional Trainings & Solution Certification
FOREIGN LANGUAGES
Fluent Romanian
English at business level
Conversational/advanced German or any other European language is an added advantage
