Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your project management and information technology expertise in a cutting-edge field. Youll work alongside collaborative and innovative teammates.
Youll play a crucial role in delivering Information System & Technology (IS&T) projects for the Alstom Service domain primarily focusing on Maximo application deployments. Day-to-day youll work closely with teams across the business (including regional and global stakeholders) manage project resources and ensure adherence to project methodologies and standards and much more.
Youll specifically take care of planning and organizing project activities across multiple regions but also leading and controlling projects to ensure successful delivery.
Well look to you for:
Planning and organizing projects in line with global and regional roadmaps governance processes and IS&T PMO standards.
Optimizing delivery models and implementing initiatives to enhance cost quality and efficiency.
Managing project resources including capacity planning and skill matrix definition.
Building strong networks with key stakeholders in IS&T and the business.
Identifying and mitigating risks while driving out barriers to success.
Ensuring financial and timeline adherence and capturing lessons learned for continuous improvement.

Degree in engineering preferably in information technology.
Over all 9years and relevant more than 5 years of experience in project management.
Solid knowledge of the service domain.
Experience with delivering transformation projects on IBM Maximo solutions.
Background in global companies as a service provider customer or both.
Strong communication skills efficiency and ability to meet deadlines.
Demonstrated leadership intellectual curiosity and creativity.
Fluent in English and comfortable working in an international matrix organization.
Willingness to work within a distributed team across India Europe and Canada with flexibility for time zones.
Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate and open to working from the office three days a week.
