Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
Position Description: We are looking for an experienced Java Backend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coding and developing scalable and high-performance applications. You will work closely with our front-end developers designers and other members of the team to deliver quality solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Design develop and maintain Java-based applications.
Develop and implement efficient algorithms and data structures.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.
Identify and troubleshoot software defects and issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Participate in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are met
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in software development

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must-Have Skills:
Java Backend Developer with 6 years of experience
Reviews design documents and provides feedback on approach and estimates
Technical expertise in the design development coding testing and debugging of software.
Ensures that software meets or exceed specified standards and end-user requirements
Experience in Java 17
Experience in Openshift
Experience in Kafka
Experience in Spring 5 SpringBoot 2.x
Experience in Mongo DB
Knowledge of the java frameworks (Spring MVC)
Good knowledge of relational database specifically Oracle (SQL - PL/SQL)
Strong knowledge of ORM tool (Hibernate preferably)
Strong knowledge of web services (WSDL Soap Restful) Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
Ability to troubleshoot issues independently
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Good-to-Have Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience with CICD experience DEVOPS Docker Git Monitoring experience API
Familiarity with message brokers such as RabbitMQ and Kafka
Experience with front-end technologies such as Angular React or
Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence technologies
