09Position summary:
Our ETP Encyclopedia gives industry participants a mechanism for analyzing the topography of the entire ETP landscape with more than 150 unique data points managed by our ETP research team. It provides normalized and detailed information for every fund listed globally across all asset classes. Data is sourced directly from issuers from marketing documentation (Prospectus Factsheet or KIID) and other information published online. The unique data points can also be used to derive niche classification or organization of ETPs by themes such as underlying investment focus or characteristics of the wrapper itself leverage currency hedged and more.
Duties & Accountabilities:
Content Production:
Understand the product and our offering to upgrade their knowledge and technical skills. Manage the daily operations and perform the daily data quality checks to ensure quality. Content verification and analysis to ensure accuracy and integrity. Management and processing of third-party related content and processes. Manage client queries in an efficient and timely manner for issues related to the contributed content accuracy until resolution. Work in collaboration with our project partners to ensure exchange of information and seamless implementation of our solution. Participate in client data validation and testing. Regular review of existing procedure and suggest enhancements that support accuracy and integrity of the content. Building and validating MIS reports for task management.
Content Testing Support:
Test production environment for the purposes of testing existing processing of content prior to every software deploy. Escalate issues in a timely manner and ensure follow up and resolution Take a pro-active role with content testing of data in new products.
Content Expertise:
Ensure up to date training on all existing and new process changes or additions that impact production and quality of content. Build expertise relating to content. Expertise in analyzing content to make accurate and informed judgement when validating anomalies or escalating issues.
