Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - Microsoft Power Platform/PowerApps Developer and Support
In this role The Tester will be responsible for analyzing business processes requirements development of test scenarios and end to end testing of automation solutions
Responsibilities:
Development on Power platform for Enhancements
Incident Management for issues to be reported
Troubleshoot the issue (L2/L3)
Perform RCA for recurring high and critical severity incidents
Update Knowledgebase and SOP as necessary
Manage minor change requests/bugfix based on issue / incident prioritization
Update incident management tool with required details
Participate in daily/weekly status meetings as required
Work on Change requests during idle time
Candidates who have knowledge on Power Platform which contains:
- Power Automate
- Power Apps (Canvas app Model Driven App and Dataverse)
- Security and Roles Deployment strategies Design Concept Accessibility Power Page
- Type script Java Script PowerBI Licensing Basic programming languages Eg. Python and PowerApps Component Framework (PCF)
- Certifications
Location: Hyderabad (Uppal) or Gurgaon (Badshahpur)
100% from Genpact office / Client ODC
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum qualifications
Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Applications
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform
Knowledge of scripting languages Java Script / PCF
Comfortable interacting with business stakeholders and external clients
Preferred qualifications
Experience in IT / ITSM project
MS Power Platform Certification
