Captura Searchisretainedto conduct thisExclusivesearch to identify a top 10% candidatefor this Sales DirectorEMEA role. Were looking for thehighest calibresales player coachfor our client. They are an award winning US and Londonbased business seeking an entrepreneurial senior sales manager.
Throughout EMEA. our client has already establishedan impressive Tier 1 and Tier 2 marquee client list. This footprint has been gained mainly through our client selling remotely from their NY HQ and their Chicago andBoston offices aswell. In the USA Capturas client is established astheleading specialist software provider for their front middle and back officesystemsfor the financial markets.
Their clients include an impressive array of financial institutions globally(Asset Managers Hedge Funds Custodians Private Banks Wealth Managers Insurance andCorporates). They knock the competition aside when competing at RFP stage and are frequently displacing their competitors older legacy systems because their solutions are streets ahead. Due to thesignificant growth prospects across EMEAour client is investing heavilyby adding this Sales Director in EMEA (and other hires for the region). Youll join a London office comprising of client services account management and inside sales professionals. Therefore you will have a small to team manage from the startbutwe are not looking for a sales manager to adminstrate we are looking for an aggressive sales hunter with aproven track record of selling to and signing new logo clients.... not a sales farmer used to upselling.

The ability to articulate and sell a business benefitproposition clearly with gravitas commanding respect
Devise and drive a commercial strategy and execution plan to drive adoption amongst prospects (including Asset Managers and Insurance firms)
Strong sales process management skills and entrepreneurial in outlook as youll play a key role in helping expand the business in the EMEA region.
Experience of successfully creating nurturing andclosing consultative sales deals by navigating the sales process strategically
