YOUR MISSION AT PLANCRAFT
Make sure plancraft gets a fully-integrated global AI-Ready search - and builds out its competency in building up AI Infrastructure / Solutions.

- Lay out the Architecture and Roadmap for the upcoming quarters
- Implement the technical foundation and role-model excellence
- ensure tech standards and explore technical solutions (make or buy)
- Scoping Planning Implementing
- Representing the Squad for internal Stakeholders
- Teaching / Mentoring / Coaching Engineers - both within the Team and across the Org (within the Org with a Focus on Modern Tech Stack and AI / Infra)
YOUR PROFILE
Must-Haves:
- Comfortable with Mentoring / Teaching / Advocating for a wide set of Technologies
- Product Ownership / Project Management Experience
- Cloud Experience (AWS Azure GCP) including IaC (e.g. Tofu Terraform)
- Strong Software Engineering Background (Typescript is necessary other languages might be a plus (Python))
- AI Experience / Overview (Vector Search Multimodality Embedding Reranking)
- Enthusiasm for modern Development - ai enhanced engineering
- Comfortable with communication and ownership towards diverse stakeholders: business tech
- Hamburg-based with willingness to come to the office at least 2-3 days/week
- Fluent in German & English (C1/C2)
