Freaks 4U Gaming is looking for structured and experienced Project Managers with a passion for complex cross-functional projects. In this role youll be responsible for planning and executing initiatives in the fast-paced world of gaming and esports. Youll collaborate closely with various teams and actively contribute to driving innovative solutions and improving operational efficiency. If you love processes ensure quality and keep a clear overview even in complex situations this role in our Berlin-Spandau office might be just right for you.
Your responsibilities:
Leading and executing projects on time within budget and to agreed quality standards
Managing resources monitoring progress and maintaining thorough project documentation
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Supporting the development of efficient workflows and operational strategies
Applying and training others in project management tools and methodologies
Your profile
Required qualifications:
35 years of experience in project management ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
Proven track record of managing complex cross-functional projects
Highly structured solution-oriented and adaptable work style
Proficient with standard project management tools and practices
Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)
Nice to have:
Experience with Atlassian Jira & Confluence
Interest in gaming esports or digital agency work
Basic business understanding and a knack for numbers
