What youll be doing
As a Product Manager youll be responsible for working with the rest of the PO team to create a delightful client experience across the platform. We do not work in will adopt or create a multi-year mandate for your products create KPI requirements so our DataLake team can develop dashboards to monitor will sell your vision roadmap and requirements to the various stakeholders collaborate with those stakeholders to define requirements translate them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. You will partner with our in-house team of UI/UX designers Research QA BSAs to deliver industry leading User Experience (and we do seek to be the best!)and manage the backlog in JIRA and ensure features are prioritized aligned with business will apply your knowledgeto optimize workflows reduce manual intervention and improve operational will support User Acceptance Testing:by validating features against requirements ensuring high-quality will work with our in-house Product Marketing team and Client Acquisition Marketing team around the will monitor and evaluate product success and user feedback to plan iterative enhancements and stay informed on emerging technologies tools and process innovations within brokerage and financial services industry.

How youll succeed
Product management - Strong knowledge and experience in product management strategic planning and working with project managers to identify develop and implement initiatives
Analytical - Understand and interpret complex information identify patterns and trends in new or strategic areas and develop recommendations often with minimal direction in order to meet business priorities.
Leadership - Well-developed management and leadership skills to achieve results including the ability to promote change.
Relationship management - working smoothly with internal and external partners including other Lines of Business partners and vendors.
