In this role youll:

Deliver exceptional customer service undertaking a broad range of station functions and assist with enquiries travel bookings and connecting services.

Be responsible for the presentation and maintenance of the station as well as assisting with luggage for the regional services.

Work alongside our train crew and other stakeholders ensuring safety standards are met and proactively seeking opportunities to minimise potential risks that may arise.

This current Customer Attendant role is a part-time role based at Dubbo Station working a minimum of 15 hours per week on a 7-day rotating day roster from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm which includes public holidays. The role will also require you to work from other station locations as per the business requirements. You also may be required to work additional hours at short notice with the potential for overtime.

The full-time rate of pay for this position is $1281.40 per week including the Industry Allowance. As a part-time employee you will be paid on a pro-rata basis calculated on your agreed hours of work. In addition you will also receive shift allowances superannuation and annual leave loading benefits on the 5 weeks annual leave.

A Talent Pool will be created for current and future temporary and permanent full-time and part-time positions at Dubbo Station over the next 18-month period. If you are deemed suitable at interview and a vacancy arises you may be contacted and asked to complete pre-employment checks.
