SJGHC is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for valued caregivers (employees) providing prompt and high-quality support for their daily enquiries. Youll also play a vital role in assisting our HR and Payroll teams contributing to an efficient service in line with Group policies.
Responsibilities include:
Deliver high-quality customer service by managing queries and triaging tickets to our Workforce team for efficient first-time resolution.
Provide strong communication skills in writing and by phone manner.
Respond to a broad range of enquiries in a well-rounded accurate and timely manner.
Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all internal and external customers.
Provide crucial support to our HR and Payroll teams during peak times
Youll bring excellent customer service and communication skills thriving in our fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of call center operations and ticketing systems coupled with a strong grasp of Workforce procedures is essential. We also require your ability to interpret enterprise agreements relevant legislation policies and procedures.
