Job Description

Your Role

SJGHC is seeking a Customer Service Officer to be the first point of contact for valued caregivers (employees) providing prompt and high-quality support for their daily enquiries. Youll also play a vital role in assisting our HR and Payroll teams contributing to an efficient service in line with Group policies.

Responsibilities include:

  • Deliver high-quality customer service by managing queries and triaging tickets to our Workforce team for efficient first-time resolution.

  • Provide strong communication skills in writing and by phone manner.

  • Respond to a broad range of enquiries in a well-rounded accurate and timely manner.

  • Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with all internal and external customers.

  • Provide crucial support to our HR and Payroll teams during peak times

Youll bring excellent customer service and communication skills thriving in our fast-paced environment. A solid understanding of call center operations and ticketing systems coupled with a strong grasp of Workforce procedures is essential. We also require your ability to interpret enterprise agreements relevant legislation policies and procedures.
