Principal Accountabilities
- Conduct regular inspections of all production equipment identify and diagnose problems and perform repairs as necessary
- Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs and develop maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
- Work with production teams to ensure equipment is installed calibrated and maintained according to industry standards and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
- Install adjust and repair production equipment including motors conveyors and packaging equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to troubleshoot program and replace Allen Bradley PLCs VFDs and Panel View HMIs
- Strong electrical troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Ability to troubleshoot and maintain X-rays metal detectors and scales
- Demonstrate how to troubleshoot Pneumatic hydraulics and electrical with schematics
- Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools basic hand tools electric tools precision maintenance tools preventative maintenance technology tools etc
- Utilize and work with maintenance trades and components such as electrical motor gearbox and bearing maintenance lubrication pumps and piping systems mechanical maintenance hydraulic and pneumatic systems
- Modifying or building equipment by reading and comprehending electrical/mechanical schematics blueprints and/or operation manuals
