Principal Accountabilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of all production equipment identify and diagnose problems and perform repairs as necessary
  • Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance and repairs and develop maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance and longevity of equipment
  • Work with production teams to ensure equipment is installed calibrated and maintained according to industry standards and safety regulations
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electrical mechanical pneumatic and hydraulic systems
  • Install adjust and repair production equipment including motors conveyors and packaging equipment
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment and adhere to all safety guidelines and regulations

Required Qualifications

  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Ability to troubleshoot program and replace Allen Bradley PLCs VFDs and Panel View HMIs
  • Strong electrical troubleshooting skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to troubleshoot and maintain X-rays metal detectors and scales
  • Demonstrate how to troubleshoot Pneumatic hydraulics and electrical with schematics
  • Operating standard maintenance tools such as power tools basic hand tools electric tools precision maintenance tools preventative maintenance technology tools etc
  • Utilize and work with maintenance trades and components such as electrical motor gearbox and bearing maintenance lubrication pumps and piping systems mechanical maintenance hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  • Modifying or building equipment by reading and comprehending electrical/mechanical schematics blueprints and/or operation manuals
