Description
Lead two busy West Texas parts departmentsChrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and Chevrolet GMC. You will own:
Forecasting purchasing and inventory accuracy for both rooftops
Fast technician-first fill rates and minimal obsolescence
Vendor pricing core returns and warranty parts compliance
Coaching and developing a high-performance counter team
Monthly P&L analysis to hit sales margin and turn-rate targets

Qualifications
3 years proven success as a dealership Parts Manager (CDJR or GM experience strongly preferred)
Deep working knowledge of DMS EPC and manufacturer parts systems (CDK Reynolds Stellantis/GM portals)
Track record of hitting inventory-turn gross-profit and CSI goals
Solid P&L and forecasting skillsyou can spot margin leaks fast
Hands-on leader who trains mentors and holds the team accountable
Valid drivers license and ability to pass background/drug screenings
