Job Description

Do you want to work in a role where you can support people to rebuild their lives

This is an exciting role working within a pioneering new project which will complement and support the work of the Pan-London Navigators in helping clients with an extensive history of rough sleeping to sustain accommodation in the community and build a new life away from the streets. It is an opportunity to develop your skills working in a dynamic environment within a highly experienced team.

In this role you will:

  • Work alongside Navigators to support clients on the LNT cohort who are moving into tenancies to set up home build independent living skills and establish meaningful connections to help them settle in their accommodation long-term
  • Lead on pre-tenancy work and tenancy sustainment support ensuring that clients are able to stay on top of their bills benefits and other tenant responsibilities
  • Organize Community Club outings with the rest of the Housing Led team to create an empowering and safe social space for residents to interact with each other

Working hours are Monday Friday 9am-5pm.

About you

We are looking for a compassionate person with a genuine interest in recovery and belief in sustained change for individuals whatever their background. You will need to be proactive and willing to be flexible in response to client needs and the demands of the service. You will be solution-focused with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
