This is an exciting role working within a pioneering new project which will complement and support the work of the Pan-London Navigators in helping clients with an extensive history of rough sleeping to sustain accommodation in the community and build a new life away from the streets. It is an opportunity to develop your skills working in a dynamic environment within a highly experienced team.
In this role you will:
Working hours are Monday Friday 9am-5pm.
About you
We are looking for a compassionate person with a genuine interest in recovery and belief in sustained change for individuals whatever their background. You will need to be proactive and willing to be flexible in response to client needs and the demands of the service. You will be solution-focused with strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

For the past 55 years we have been on the ground every day and every night supporting people to recover from homelessness and advocating for change. We support around 28000 people each year and our work means that more than 2700 people have somewhere safe to stay each night.
