iGov is seeking a highly skilled and experienced DevSecOps Engineer to facilitate the development of new software solutions and transition of existing solutions from monolithic structures to micro-service structure operating within hardened containers.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the development of new software solutions and transition of existing solutions from monolithic structures to micro-service structure operating within hardened containers.
- Work with application development teams to refactor or create solutions that leverage the DevSecOps continuous integration continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipeline and tools.
- Instruct/guide teams through their solution development. Deploys and sustain microservices factory utilizing COTS and open-source solutions.
- Leverage the DevSecOps platform in DLAs AWS GovCloud to maximize Agile development CI/CD methodology.
- Help build and maintain the CI/CD pipeline templates specific to various application development requirements.
- Support the teams effort to develop a strategy and a plan to deploy DevSecOps to support multiple clouds such as Microsoft Azure Oracle Infrastructure Cloud (OCI) and Google Cloud.
- Contribute to a feasibility study that evaluates and advises DLA of the results.
- Provide support to migrate and host government development environments (e.g. from on premise or other cloud environments) to the PIEE Common Operating Environment (COE) hosting enclave to support specific application system integrators.
Essential Required Experience & Skills:
- Five (5) years of relevant experience.
- Three (3) years of experience implementing DevSecOps within an AWS cloud environment.
- Secret clearance: Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission.
Educational Requirements:
- Must hold an AWS Associate certification.
- Most hold a DoD 8570 IAT II certification.
