As a strategic partner to the business this role supports the Route to Market (RtM) Manager by delivering insights analysis and planning to enable commercial success. The position also acts as a key liaison across functions - such as Finance Supply Chain and Sales - ensuring effective execution of strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborate with RtM and Sales Managers to provide commercial insights and strategic advice.
• Set monitor and report on sales targets and performance for key customers.
• Deliver regular performance reports and forecasts for stakeholders.
• Maintain and improve sales/trade databases ensuring data quality and efficiency.
• Analyze market trends competitor activity and sales data to support strategy and corrective actions.
• Develop business cases and scenario analyses for new revenue opportunities.
• Support forecasting budgeting category targets and investment planning.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts including Field Force alignment and network strategy execution.

What are we looking for

• Bachelors degree in finance Business Economics or a related field.
• 3 years of experience in a global FMCG or fast-paced data-driven environment.
• Strong expertise in financial planning performance metrics and commercial insights.
• Solid sales experience is essential.
• Fluent in English and Greek both written and spoken.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; Power BI knowledge is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership abilities with a continuous improvement mindset.
