What youll do

As a working student you will play an integral role in supporting our consultants and driving project success for our customers. Your responsibilities will include:

- Workshop Preparation: Assist in designing and preparing customer workshop materials.

- Documentation & Consolidation: Compile and consolidate results from customer workshops and meetings.

- Go-to-Market Support: Develop and refine presentations sales collateral and other Go-to-Market materials.

- Project Management Support: Aid the Project Management Office (PMO) by coordinating documentation tracking milestones and managing project timelines.

• Proposal Development: Support the creation of consulting proposals through research data analysis and the preparation of relevant documents.

What you bring:

• Student at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business HR or IT
• Computer skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel PowerPoint Word); experience with MS Teams MS Sharepoint SAP SuccessFactors SAP Signavio Mural and project management tools such as Jira is a plus.
• Language skills: Fluency in English (both spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
• Soft skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative solutions Strong communication skills with attention to detail Outcome-oriented motivated and proactive with a willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
