Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Procurement Manager to oversee our Contract Manufacturing /Contract Packing categories. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing category strategies and programs to optimize costs rationalize the supply base and bring value to the business while mitigating risks. This role includes coordinating and leading strategy execution activities supporting our business in external manufacturing categories.
Ideal Candidate
Our Ideal candidate will bring a commitment to promoting high levels of customer satisfaction by supporting divisional projects and providing purchasing guidance. An ability to develop and implement effective category strategies that optimize costs and mitigate risks and an in-depth knowledge of market dynamics supply chains and supplier management.
In addition they will demonstrate strong negotiation skills leadership and exceptional communication and presentation skills.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement specifically in contract manufacturing and contract packing.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving optimal TCO.
- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics supply chains and supplier management.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
