Job Description: Territory Manager

Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for driving sales and managing customer relationships within designated territories. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of pulmonary health solutions and have a passion for improving patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve territory sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including physicians hospital administrators and healthcare professionals.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients to ensure effective utilization of the system.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand presence within healthcare institutions and practices.
- Provide ongoing support and education to existing customers addressing any concerns and promoting additional product offerings.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to provide customer feedback and insights.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business Life Sciences or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in medical device sales or a similar field.
- 3 years of med device sales experience with a track record of success
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
Desired Experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in territory management or sales in the medical device industry.
- Experience with pulmonary health products or similar medical technologies is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and contribute to team success.
- Prior experience working in a clinical or hospital environment is a plus.
