Requirements
Client Discovery & Engagement
- Interact with prospective clients to understand their business goals marketing challenges and digital requirements.
- Provide initial consultation and introduce Touchstone Infotech s suite of services including SEO paid ads automation CRM and local SEO.
Solution Consultation & Presentation
- Assist in showcasing relevant solutions tailored to client needs through presentations demos or consultation calls.
- Highlight the value proposition of Touchstone Infotech s services and how they align with client success.
Lead Qualification
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to evaluate sales potential and readiness to convert.
- Follow up diligently via phone email and messaging platforms to nurture and convert qualified prospects.
Proposal & Strategy Development
- Collaborate with internal teams to build customized proposals presentations and pricing models for prospective clients.
- Ensure all technical and business requirements are properly addressed in proposed solutions.
Market & Competitor Research
- Conduct regular research on market trends industry benchmarks and competitor offerings to support strategic sales initiatives.
Sales Team Collaboration
- Work closely with the business development and technical teams to ensure a seamless handover of client expectations post-sales.
- Participate in internal meetings to align pre-sales efforts with overall sales and delivery goals.
CRM & Documentation
- Maintain accurate and updated records of leads conversations and progress in the CRM system.
