Job Description

We are seeking a corporate lawyer to join our clients legal team in their Barrie location. As the ideal candidate you will have at least 5 years of related experience in private practice and will also have good business instincts excellent drafting and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to handle files independently and as part of a team. Experience in real estate is an asset.*

Our client is an established full-service law firm with over 72 lawyers. The firm has a broad-based practice which includes corporate/commercial law bankruptcy/insolvency business law commercial lending commercial litigation commercial and residential real estate condominium law employment and labor law family law immigration law planning and development law personal injury wills and estates and tax law.
