CASA has a staff of 9 employees and approx. 125 volunteer advocates; the organization is governed by a 10-person (and growing) Board of Directors.
Summary:
The part-time Childrens Waiting Room Assistant (CWR Asst) assists the Childrens Waiting Room Supervisor with the effective and efficient day-to-day administration of the Childrens Waiting Room located within the Solano County Superior Court and managed by CASA of Solano County. Duties include but are not limited to assisting with children and childrens activities within the Childrens Waiting Room effective maintenance of the waiting room and all furniture fixtures and supplies within the waiting room as well as other duties as assigned by the Childrens Waiting Room Supervisor and/or the Executive Director. Reports to the Childrens Waiting Room Supervisor.
Position Title: Childrens Waiting Room Assistant (CWR Asst)
Position Type: Part-time (24 hours per week)
Hours: Monday Thursday 8:00 am 2:00 pm
Reports to: Executive Director
Salary: $16 $18 per hour (Position contingent upon available funding.)
This position requires interaction with the public and program participants therefore a COVID-19 vaccination is highly recommended.
