Job Description:
- Oversight of campaigns across several categories and supporting media planning strategies while leading platform strategies within offsite channels (Meta TikTok Pinterest Google Ads DV360)
- Manage team members with ability to train coach and refine processes to achieve success for retail media campaigns
- Collaboration with media teams and supporting agencies analytics sales and operations teams to ensure timely effective solutions for supporting audience-led media business
- Be a media expert within the retail media organization with a focus on upleveling self and team to continue driving toward media excellence.
- 5 years of experience in audience-led media activation & execution
- Experience planning and executing in offsite channels either at media agency or publisher
- Experience with audience-led media strategy solutions
- Prior responsibility for managing teams in a cross-functional environment ideally within a retail media organization
- Bachelors Degree or relevant work experience
- Certifications and working knowledge of digital media platforms (Social Search Programmatic) strongly invited
