Under the general direction of the Director CMS Financial Services this position will assist with the support of the CFS Finance and Data Warehouse systems. This includes production support and related initiatives. Provide end user support in the following areas: upgrades new implementations problem resolution reporting and training. Incumbent will coordinate PeopleSoft Student Financial Security review. Incumbent will set up and coordinate training classes offered to campus end users for various processes in Financial Management. Incumbent will provide class scheduling development of training materials and delivering training presentations. Provides a high level of program planning and development by conducting surveys and conferring with Managers and supervisors in an effort to meet the needs of the internal departments and the campus community.

Knowledge of various learning styles and training methods. Ability to create schedule deliver and evaluate effective training to diverse groups of participants. Excellent MS Office skills. Excellent analytical skills. Familiarity with web accessibility requirements. Ability to analyze system/user problems and make effective recommendations for resolving. Ability to coordinate many project tasks prioritize and set appropriate deadlines to complete all tasks accordingly.
Ability to communicate with an ethnically and culturally diverse campus community. Ability to follow all university policies procedures and guidelines including but not limited to safety civility information security and non-discrimination policies and procedures. Ability to contribute to a positive university experience for each and every student and assist in achieving the universitys commitment to a vision of excellence.
Education and Experience
Equivalent to a bachelors degree in communication or a related field and three years of related experience required.
Four years related experience strongly preferred. Project management experience preferred. Experience with ERP system preferred.

Compensation
Salary placement is determined by the education experience and qualifications the candidate brings to the position internal equity and the hiring departments fiscal resources.
CSU Classification Salary Range: The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $4598 - $8318 per month.
