Position Summary
The Community Coordinator plays a pivotal role in managing a designated area within the shelter. This position is responsible for providing comprehensive case management and connections to housing resources and supportive services to assist clients transitioning out of homelessness. This position aims to empower homeless individuals with the necessary tools to achieve housing stability and increase income aligning with the overarching goal ensuring homelessness is a brief infrequent and one-time experience for those served.

Qualifications
Our ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED; Bachelors Degree preferred. Proven experience identifying accessing and coordinating with community partners and social service resources; experience working with vulnerable populations and people with lived experience; and the ability to uphold and support the Housing First Philosophy.
