Job Description
Job Title: Special Educator
Location: Adgaon Nashik
Experience: 1 Years Minimum and Fresher with relevant training or Experience

Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Special Educator to join our team and support students with special educational needs. The ideal candidate will have completed relevant training and demonstrate a genuine commitment to inclusive education. Freshers with the right skills and attitude are welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each students unique needs.
- Work closely with parents therapists and general educators to support student development.
- Adapt teaching materials and methods to meet students varied abilities.
- Monitor student progress and adjust strategies as needed.
- Maintain a safe supportive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of student performance and behavior.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Special Education or equivalent.
- Certification in special education (RCI approved preferred if applicable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience empathy and a passion for working with children with special needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Fresher with relevant coursework internship or volunteer experience in special education.
- Experienced
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of assistive technologies and adaptive learning techniques.
- Ability to manage and engage students with diverse challenges (e.g. autism ADHD learning disabilities).
- Familiarity with classroom behavior management strategies.
