Retail Security Officer - Aylesford Tesco CFC
TSS have an exciting new career opportunity for security officers working in Aylesford(Distribution) working alongside one of the biggest global retail companies Tesco.

Pay rate: From 12.21 up to 12.60 per hour
Pay rates will vary depending on the site you are assigned to with some sites paying higher than the basic pay advertised.

What to expect:
- To provide a visible uniformed deterrent to contribute to the safety and security of the clients premises
- To carry out company policy on loss prevention and ensure the safety of staff and visitors
- To observe and report incidents using the correct reporting systems
- Be vigilant and proactive to detect and prevent loss on site
- To assist with staff and contractor searches
- To support with de escalation of incidents using conflict management techniques
