Our Consumer Goods segment within Sales Europe Central is looking for a motivated Sales Manager (m/f/d).
In this role youll dive into the fast-paced world of consumer goods with plenty of room for personal development real impact and a strong internal network at Outokumpu.
Youll work closely with key departments such as Operations Supply Chain Management R&D Technical Value Creation Finance and Marketing playing an active role in taking our sales performance to the next level.
Your Impact:
- Provide customer service to clients in White Goods Sink & Food and Catering sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic customer engagement plans.
- Promote and sell Outokumpus products and services.
- Execute sales strategy and contribute to strategic projects.
- Handle customer inquiries and manage offers and contracts.
- Ensure technical feasibility and track offers until order placement.
- Lead contract negotiations and acquire new customers.
- Implement strategies to regain customers and boost satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and participate in industry events.
What you bring:
- Academic degree in a technical or commercial field or a completed commercial apprenticeship.
- Knowledge of stainless-steel production and processing methods; B2B sales experience is a plus.
- Fluent in English and German both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Proactive sales personality with technical interest and understanding.
- Target and solution-oriented mindset.
- High level of self-initiative and assertiveness.
- Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strategic and results-oriented thinking.
- Commitment to continuous development within the Sales domain.
- Intercultural competence empathy and willingness to travel.
