Job Description
Geo Owl is currently looking for a Maritime Cartographer to support our customer in Huntsville Alabama.
To be qualified you need at least 3 years of relevant experience and meet the requirements listed below.

Clearance:Secret
Requirements: Must meet all the requirements listed below.
- A minimum of 3 years with a degree or 5 years with High School of experience in Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) and Imagery Intelligence (IMINT) reflecting a comprehensive understanding and application of geospatial analytical methodologies and practices.
- Active Secret
- Expertise and experience in geography cartography and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) which includes skill in ArcGIS applications.
- Expertise and experience in creating shapefiles geo-databases and features.
- Knowledge of geospatial analysis software suites (GIS commercial software packages such as ArcGIS Pro ERDAS & SocetSet including common office software to include spreadsheets word processing) used by NGA to accomplish its mission.
- Knowledge of digital cartography image processing geographical information systems (GIS) geospatial production techniques and NGA digital data formats.
Education:
- Associate or Bachelors degree in related field preferred but not required.
