Heres how aContracts Coordinatorfor our Civil Infrastructureoffice contributes to our team:

Responsibilities

  • Reviews and modifiescontracts for accuracy completeness and compliance.
  • Coordinates and assists project personnel with contracts in accordance with project requirements.
  • Works directly with accounting to execute contracts and manage contracts in progress.
  • Developing and maintaining customer-focused relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ensuring appropriate document control and compliance through filing composing and editing documents contracts and reports for district office.
  • Coordinates with Vendors via phone and email to enroll in PCLs subcontractor default insurance (SDI) program.
  • Assists with vendors with the prequalification process and reviews vendor bonds for accuracy and completeness.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma.
  • 1 year of experience in reviewing contract documents or equivalent experience.
  • Associates or bachelors degree diploma or certificate in office administration program considered an asset.
  • 1 year of experience in an administrative role or equivalent technical experience.
  • Excellent verbal written and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change.
  • Ability to act with discretion when handling confidential information.
  • Ability to effectively handle difficult situations and remain calm under pressure.
  • Ability to develop and maintain effective stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to create edit proofread and format documents/presentations.
  • Basic skills in Word Outlook PowerPoint Excel Adobe and OneNote.
