Position:Secretary South River ElementarySchool

Qualifications:

High School diploma minimum
Bilingual Preferred Spanish or Portuguese
Knowledge and ability to use technology and related software especially the Google Office Suite.
Ability to manage telephone calls in a courteous and effective manner.
Ability to greet the public staff and students professionally.

Performance Responsibilities:

Receives and routes incoming calls and correspondence.
Performs usual office routines such as photocopying general typing filing etc.
Assists in the greeting properly signing - in obtaining visitors passes and directs visitors as is appropriate for working position.
Prepares correspondence notices and reports.
Maintains confidentiality as required and appropriate.
Performs other tasks related to the efficient operation of the office as assigned.
