Job Description:
General Description
The purpose of this position is to evaluate criminal felony cases and represents the state in the resolution of the case via dismissal plea negotiations or trial.
This position works independently under limited supervision reporting major activities through periodic meetings.
Duties and Responsibilities
The functions listed below are those that represent the majority of the time spent working in this position. Management may assign additional functions related to the type of work of the position as necessary.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements:
Requires graduation from an accredited Law School and admitted to the practice of law in the State of Texas supplemented by four (4) years of litigation experience.
