Job Summary:
To perform a variety of diverse clerical and technology-related tasks for assigned personnel in support of their position; to provide information and/or direction regarding school and/or district procedures; and to contribute to the efficient operation of the work unit.
Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and maintain accurate grant compliance documentation (Time & Effort Parent Involvement etc)
- Prepare and process a variety of documents and materials to disseminate information to appropriate parties
- Maintain a variety of files and/or records to ensure the accurate retrieval of data for reporting purposes
- Work closely and cooperatively with a variety of assigned personnel
- Participate and contribute in the development of departmental and interdepartmental innovative computerized projects
- Prepare present and support the implementation of effective project workflows for district personnel according to established guidelines
- Create prepare and distribute a wide assortment of materials using a variety of software applications document activities disseminate information and provide written reference and/or convey information
- Attend meetings and trainings that support the LEA Instructional programming at district and school sites
- Coordinate technical support with district level personnel to maintain operations
- Maintain computer hardware and software applications to ensure availability of administrative materials; conduct and maintain inventory of department technology equipment
- Maintain the department website
- Support personnel with ADEConnect and Grants Management Enterprise
- Perform a variety of diverse clerical tasks (typing filing scheduling recordkeeping etc)
- Respond to inquiries from district personnel and communicate procedures information and/or direction
- Perform other related duties as assigned to ensure the efficient and effective functioning of the work unit
- Regular and on-time attendance required
- Assists with other assigned duties as appropriate to the area of assignment and Mesa Public Schools
Required Qualifications:

Education:
- High School education or equivalent
Experience:
- Moderate proficiency in typing with good accuracy; above average test battery
