Job Description
Job Title: Team Leader - Leicester
Location: Leicester
Pay Rate: 28000 - 30000 per annum (depending on experience)
About the Role:
Oversee daily operations within the home supporting and supervising residential staff while ensuring high standards of care for children and young people.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support residential support workers
- Ensure care plans are implemented and reviewed
- Monitor the health safety and well-being of residents
- Liaise with external agencies and attend reviews/meetings
- Provide on-call support and contribute to the on-call rota

Qualifications and Essential Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Experience in a supervisory role within residential childcare
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong understanding of safeguarding and regulatory standards
- Enhanced DBS check
